Sponsor Member Terms

These terms explain important details about WeStrive Sponsor Members. As always, in using WeStrive you agree to our Terms of Service, which governs Sponsor Members too.

  1. Sponsor Member Descriptions

To become a Sponsor Member contact WeStrive sponsor support.  If WeStrive accepts you as a Sponsor Member you will be issued with a Sponsor Member user identification.

  1. Term

Sponsor Membership is good for as long as specifically agreed to with WeStrive.

  1. Authorized Support Contacts

If you are a Sponsor Member you may submit support requests and interact with the WeStrive Help Center. Only named support contacts may submit support requests and interact with the WeStrive Help Center team.

  1. Method of Response

WeStrive responds to all support requests by email. We do not currently offer telephone or in-person support.

  1. Resolving Issues

We want to resolve your issues and get you back-in-action as quickly as possible. However, our ability to resolve your issues is a partnership. Namely, we need your help in order to deliver a successful and timely response to your support requests. The clearer and more detailed you can be with us, the higher the likelihood that we’re going to get your issue resolved quickly.

  1. Additional Benefits

There are benefits we provide to Sponsor Members in addition to extra support.  You will be able to point your own domain name e.g. (http://www.na.youthsection.org) to your WeStrive groups domain (e.g. http://www.nayouthsection.westrive.org).  You will have priority for sharing our limited server space.
